Case Studies
While I've worked across a number of different sectors, the same principles apply to each: establish clear goals, audience profile, messaging, and develop engaging content from the outset.
As well as B2B, I have worked with several B2C businesses. While the approach is largely the same, the channels are generally different accompanied by a faster sales cycle.
As is the case with B2B, understanding the consumer audience inside out is the first priority.

Reels and SEO Blog Writing
Community Interest Company Mahaba Cafe in West London needed some support with content creation for their Instagram channel as well as establishing a blog section on their website to mark a number of occasions. After spending some time on-site to get to know the organisation and its people, I created a sense of excitement through a number of reels announcing the cafe launch, as well as more light-hearted reels to entice new customers to the cafe. For World Down Syndrome and World Autism Awareness Day, I wrote a range of blog posts interviewing the beneficiaries' families and marking the above occasions.
SEO-friendly Blog Writing
Specialist swim school SEN Swim needed a couple of blogs to add depth to their site. We discussed a number of topics and settled on several topics that were timely to the season (what to take on holiday and what to expect from the lessons) and most pertinent to the audience - parents of children with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
Website Launch
Dreams in Motion: The Special Theatre Academy offers unique, inclusive drama classes for children with disabilities and their siblings. They needed a simple yet aesthetically pleasing online presence for the launch of their summer 2025 programme and beyond. The site needed to host confidential data, showcase the founders, ethos and background of the company and link back to the partner theatre site.
After discussing several options, I established a simple, low-cost site that met the brief and was both user-friendly and aesthetic. It was bright, easy to navigate and hosted many of the beautiful images that came with the Academy. I also provided light-touch copywriting service to the content provided.
